Controller and processor roles

Customers are generally Data Controllers of employee and business information they submit. TaggNet Technologies acts as a Data Processor when processing that information to provide the services.

TaggNet operations

TaggNet may act as an independent Data Controller for account management, billing, security, compliance, and service operation.

GDPR and DPA

Customers subject to GDPR may request TaggNet's Data Processing Agreement for processing under Article 28 and applicable transfer requirements.

Sub-processors

Sub-processors may include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, payment providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. Updated lists may be requested at privacy@taggnet.app.

Confirmed personal data breaches will be notified as required by law. Privacy requests: privacy@taggnet.app.
